TabTrade Review - A Look at This New CFD Broker

TabTrade - The Short Version

TabTrade.com launched in Q1 2026. Online broker registered in Saint Lucia, licensed through the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker.

The BlackBull connection tells you something. It means the leadership knows how a proper broker operates. Does not mean TabTrade is the same as BlackBull. But better than someone with no brokerage experience.

They launched with Equinix data centre access in London. Same facilities banks and hedge funds use. The typical new launch leads with marketing and bonuses. TabTrade went the other way. Interesting choice.

Market coverage: FX, stock indices, gold, silver, commodities, shares, crypto, ETFs. A wide spread. For a broker that launched in March 2026, that range is not narrow.

The Software

They offer: MT5, cTrader by Spotware, and web trading. Two major platforms from the same login. Most brokers pick one platform. Having both makes a difference. You are not locked into one.

MT5 is the industry standard. Complete charts, Expert Advisors, tons of scripts and indicators. If you have used a MetaQuotes platform previously, it is familiar territory.

cTrader by Spotware is the more modern one. Cleaner order book. Faster charting. Built-in algo trading. Plenty of traders find it more natural once they try it.

Direct FIX connectivity is available for automated strategies but requires the VIP tier ($25k minimum). TradingView charting is reportedly on the roadmap. That would make the platform set when it lands.

What You Pay

Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard account. 1.0 pip spreads. Zero commission. Straightforward. Zero deposit requirement. Works for beginners.

Edge account. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips average. Flat commission of $3.50 per side. What you actually pay: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On liquid pairs, the actual interbank spread is often below 0.2 pips. Meaning your real cost can be below 0.5 pips. That is hard to beat for a broker with $0 to start. Most platforms that offer pricing like this require a minimum deposit. This broker requires zero deposit.

VIP. $25k to open. FIX connectivity, sub-20ms execution, custom pricing. Not for the average person. Skip it unless you move real size.

Execution Speed

This is where TabTrade separates from most new launches. Equinix data centres. Under 30ms on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. These are not marketing fluff. The average platform run a much wider range.

Should you care? If you trade small timeframes, absolutely. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is catching the move or missing it. If you swing trade, you will not notice. But the fact that the infrastructure is there. That signals they are not cutting corners on the tech.

Put together those fill times with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and what you get makes sense. Not many platforms at this price point offer execution like this.

Regulation

Now, the thing you need to be straight about. The broker is licensed by Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is offshore. No CySEC. No government-backed safety net. If that is a dealbreaker, this broker is not for you. Plenty of ASIC-licensed brokers out there.

That said. The person running it built his career at BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The Equinix infrastructure is not cheap. Dodgy operations do not bother with tier-1 data centre access. None of this replace tier-1 regulation. But inform how you think about it.

The deal: you trade regulatory safety. For that: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, Equinix execution. Whether this deal works is your call.

The Bonus

Tab Trade has a deposit bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Usual welcome offer. You fund your account, the broker add bonus funds. Usual conditions attached: minimum lots traded before you can withdraw the bonus. Read the conditions before you commit.
